Lotte World tickets for foreigners

Lotte World sells discounted tickets that only non-Korean passport holders can use. You buy them online through travel booking apps, not at the gate. Here's what to know before you pay.

My tip: If you're in Seoul for only a few days, the After4 ticket is the one I'd pick. Spend the morning at a palace in hanbok, then ride the subway to Jamsil. Weekday evenings are usually calmer than weekend afternoons.

Lotte World tickets after 4pm (After4)

The After4 ticket lets you in from 4pm until closing. It covers the same park and the Folk Museum as the 1-day ticket. You save ₩12,000 on the adult gate price, but you get about five or six hours instead of eleven or twelve.

Opening hours

The park opens at 10:00. Closing time changes by day. One listing gives 21:00 Sunday to Thursday and 22:00 on Friday and Saturday; other sources say 22:00. Sources differ, so check the daily calendar on the official site.

Who it suits

People who want the night parade and the lit-up castle, or who have a palace or shopping plan in the morning. If you want every big ride, buy the full day.

Getting there

Lotte World is connected underground to Jamsil Station (Line 2 and Line 8). Jamsil also has a T-Luggage counter if you're carrying a suitcase. Luggage storage in Seoul

Lotte World Magic Pass

The Magic Pass is a paid add-on that lets you skip the main ride queue. From April 2026 the five-ride pass comes in four tiers, and the seven-ride pass is gone. One report says the cheapest tier can't be used on Gyro Drop, Atlantis or Comet Express. Check which rides your tier covers before you buy.

Don't mix up the two Lotte Worlds

Lotte World Adventure Busan is a separate park in Busan, with its own prices and hours. Lotte World Aquarium and Seoul Sky sit next to the Seoul park but need their own tickets.
